Rock Co.Kane–De La Soul

It goes without saying that I love music. I love hearing the beat of the drums, the strings and the vocals. Music is a genius mode of communication, an artist can inspire millions within three minutes and sometimes less. I get different reactions when I listen to music, I can actually feel it. When I first heard this song I was sitting in a car staring at a monster truck parked right in front of me. My friend and I were trying to kill time before we had to head back to the airport. This song came on and at first I just listened and rocked my head. Twenty seconds in as the songs beat continuously increased so did my heart rate and it was like an out of body experience. I felt cold but also hot and my ears were on fire, I also felt a dreaded feeling that this song will end. This is not even my favorite song I just think it is genius. The last song that did this to me was Frank Ocean’s Sierra Leone.
